Unlocking Your Cosmic Style: How Astrology, Fashion, and Spirituality Intersect
I used to get dressed in a rush.
Whatever was clean. Whatever was easy. Whatever kept me from having to think too hard about it before the day pulled me in eight directions at once.
And then something shifted. I started paying attention to how certain clothes made me feel. Not just how they looked, but what happened in my body when I put them on. The way a particular fabric against my skin could slow my nervous system down. The way certain colors made me feel more like myself and others made me feel like I was playing a character I hadn’t auditioned for.
That’s when I understood something that women in my grandmother’s culture already knew. That what you wear is a form of prayer. A declaration to the universe about who you are and who you’re choosing to become.
Astrology gave me a language for it.

Your Venus sign is where to start
Venus isn’t just the planet of love. She’s the part of you that knows what beauty is — not beauty by anyone else’s definition, but yours. She governs what you find pleasurable, what draws your eye, what makes you feel truly seen. When I started dressing toward my Venus instead of toward whatever was hanging on the rack in front of me, something clicked.
Your rising sign is how you meet the world before you’ve said a word. Your Moon sign is what you need to feel held and safe. When your wardrobe starts to speak these languages, getting dressed stops being something you do before your day begins. It becomes the first ceremony of the day.
What Bali taught me
Here, everything is intentional. The offering placed at the temple door isn’t just decoration. The color of the cloth draped over a statue means something. The hands that wove it brought their energy into every thread. I watched our artisans work and I understood that clothing has always been sacred. We just forgot.
This is why every piece we make begins with intention. The thirty families who handcraft our clothing in their homes aren’t on a factory floor. They’re in their kitchens and their living rooms, surrounded by the sounds of their families. That energy goes into the fabric. You receive it when you put it on.

I’m not interested in helping you find your aesthetic
Aesthetics are easy. Pinterest exists for that.
What I care about is helping you find your frequency.
There is a version of you who already knows what she looks like. She doesn’t dress for trends or for other people’s approval. She dresses the way she lights a candle or lays out her mat for sadhana. With presence. With purpose. With the understanding that the outer and inner aren’t separate.
Your cosmic map is one way in. Venus shows you your aesthetic soul. Your Moon shows you what you need to feel nourished. Your rising shows you how to lead. When your wardrobe starts to honour all of that, something changes. You stop getting dressed. You start arriving.
One small step: the next time you open your closet, don’t ask “what do I feel like wearing?” Ask “who am I today, and what honours her?” The answer will surprise you.
