Because every piece is handcrafted to order in Bali, production typically takes 4–6 weeks before shipping. Shipping time is additional depending on your location. We know this feels long compared to fast fashion — it is. That is the point. Your piece is being made for you, by hand, with care. We will email you when it is on its way.

Often, yes. Because we work with made-to-order production, we can sometimes make a sold-out piece on request. Email us at support@myrahpenaloza.com with the piece you are looking for and your sizing. We will let you know what is possible and the timeline.
Yes, we ship to most countries from Bali. Free worldwide shipping on orders over $500 USD. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the customer and vary by destination. If you have a specific question about shipping to your location, email us and we will confirm.
Each product page includes a size guide specific to that garment. Our pieces are designed to drape and flow, so many styles work across a range of sizes. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering — we know our garments well and are happy to give a personal recommendation based on your measurements and how you like things to fit.
Yes, please do. We are at Jl. Pantai Pererenan No.132, Pererenan — 5 minutes from Canggu — and open daily from 10am to 8pm Bali time. Come in, touch the fabrics, try things on, and stay for tea.
