once shipped, typical delivery is 5 to 15 business days depending on your location and local customs clearance. we make no guarantee on exact delivery dates.
every order includes complimentary tracking. use 17track.net or dhl's tracking by shipper's reference to follow your parcel. once your shipping notification arrives, contact dhl directly for all delivery enquiries.
duty & customs
duty fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to dhl at the time of delivery. dhl will contact you by text message with the amount due and instructions on how to pay.
checked and correct as of september 2026. customs rules changed more than once in 2025 and 2026, so we date this rather than leave it sitting here quietly going out of date.
united states. the $800 duty-free de minimis exemption was suspended in august 2025 and remains suspended. parcels that used to arrive with nothing to pay are now subject to duty, so expect a dhl charge on most orders.
united kingdom. vat applies to imported goods. customs duty relief below £135 still applies for now, though it is scheduled to be removed by march 2029.
european union. vat applies to all imports. the €150 duty exemption is being phased out, with a small per item customs charge introduced in july 2026 on parcels below that value.
australia and new zealand. gst applies to imported goods, and duty applies above a higher value threshold. your carrier confirms the exact figure.
the rate itself depends on the fibre, how the garment is constructed and the trade arrangement in force between your country and indonesia. both have moved more than once since 2025, so we are not going to print a percentage that will be stale before you read it. dhl gives you the exact number.
if duty is refused and dhl returns your order to us, we will gladly re-ship, however a re-shipping fee will apply, at the standard shipping rate for your zone.

our asia zone covers singapore, hong kong, japan, south korea, malaysia, thailand, vietnam, the philippines, taiwan, china, india, sri lanka, cambodia, laos, brunei and macau. our uk and europe zone covers the united kingdom, the european union, switzerland, norway, iceland and the smaller european states. everywhere else, including the middle east, africa, latin america and the caribbean, ships at the rest of world rate. the exact figure for your address always appears at checkout before you confirm.
