The Sat Torri Rainbeau Playsuit is the most-loved piece in the collection, and the reason becomes clear the moment it arrives. Hand-dyed by Balinese artisans using tropical plants and herbal teas over multiple sessions, then botanically stone-washed until the 100% linen reaches a softness that feels like it was broken in by someone who already loved it. The pinks, the indigos, the earthy whites, they don't sit on the surface of the fabric. They move through it, shifting with the light, the hour, the angle. Your piece will be its own original sky.
The 1980s-inspired Sat Torri silhouette: wide dolman sleeves, pleated button-down front, flowing wide-leg bottom. One size. Two sleeve options. The kind of playsuit that makes you walk differently. Not taller exactly, just... more like yourself.
Fabric: 100% Linen, botanically hand-dyed and stone-washed

Shipping
All orders ship from Bali, Indonesia via DHL with tracking included on every order.
Before your order ships
A mobile phone number is required to receive your DHL delivery. If you did not supply a mobile number at checkout, please email support@myrahpenaloza.com with your number so we can update your order.
We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes. If your shipping address includes a PO Box, please email support@myrahpenaloza.com with an alternate delivery address.
Processing time
All orders are prepared for shipping within 14 to 28 days of order placement. Every piece is handcrafted to order by our artisan families in Bali. If your order includes a botanically dyed piece, allow an additional 10 to 14 days for the dyeing process.
Tracking information will be sent to you via email within 5 days of your order shipping. Please email our customer support team only for urgent shipping inquiries or if we have surpassed the timeframe above.
Delivery estimates
Once shipped, typical delivery time is 5 to 15 business days depending on your location and other variables. We make no guarantee as to exact delivery dates.
Tracking
Every order includes complimentary tracking. Use 17track.net or DHL track by shipper's reference to follow your order. Once your shipping notification arrives, contact DHL directly for any delivery enquiries.
Duty and customs
Duty fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to DHL at the time of delivery. DHL will contact you via text message with the amount due and how to pay.
If duty has not been pre-paid, DHL will refuse delivery and your order will be returned to us. We will gladly re-ship your order, however a re-shipping fee of $22 USD will apply.

Exchanges and Cancellations
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we will do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items with original tags attached, within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging including any boxes, garment bags, or other packaging materials they arrived in.
At this time, all exchanges are for store credit only.
We are not able to accept exchanges on:
- Custom and made-to-order items (final sale)
- Items purchased with store credit (final sale)
- Items received as part of a previous exchange (final sale)
- Sale items (final sale)
We reserve the right to decline exchanges on items that arrive outside the 10-day window, in a condition different from how they were received, or on parcels that incur duty.
How to start an exchange
Forward your order confirmation email to support@myrahpenaloza.com with the subject line: Start an Exchange — [your order number]
Include in the body of the email the item you are exchanging and what you would like in return. Our team will come back to you within 48 hours with next steps.
I received a damaged or incorrect item
We are so sorry. This is rare, and we take it seriously.
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please forward your order confirmation to support@myrahpenaloza.com with the subject line: Damaged Item — [your order number], and describe what you received. Damaged items must be reported within 10 days of receipt and we will resolve it promptly.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, email support@myrahpenaloza.com as soon as possible. We can action changes within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that window, our artisan team will have already begun work on your piece and changes may no longer be possible.
A note on social media
Our social media team and our customer service team are separate. For exchanges, damages, and order questions, email is always the right channel. It is how we make sure nothing falls through.
