We’re happy to offer the option to pre-order select new styles that are not yet available to ship. The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product description page. Pre-order products are susceptible to unforeseen processing delays, so we unfortunately cannot guarantee dates for these items.
Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. You’ll get an email from our customer service team if there are any issues with your order.
While we do our best to make sure our website reflects exactly what’s stored in our inventory, please note that many of our collections sell out quickly.

Most of our orders ship from our office in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We also ship some products from Los Angeles California.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your order details and tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with Myrah Penaloza, you can track the status of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting "My Account," followed by "Orders."
Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility, generally, 24 hours or so after you receive your shipping notification.

Right now we are not offering any returns on any products but we do offer exchanges.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges, although customers outside the US are responsible the return shipping, and for taxes and duties.
Yes! We are pleased to accept timely exchanges of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items. To be eligible for a exchange, your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.

We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email customer care at email@example.com. We will work with you to arrange a exchange, replacement or credit.
Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Once our team has approved your exchange and if there is any outstanding balance you will receieve a refund within 10 business days.
