What belongs to us

All content on this Site — including photography, copy, design, brand name, logo, product names, colorway names, and all other materials — is the property of Myrah Penaloza and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You may view and download single pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep all copyright notices intact. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, sell, frame, or distribute any part of this Site or its content without our written permission.

What you submit to us

Ordering & Payment

All prices on this Site are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes will be applied at checkout in accordance with local law.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made through your account.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Delivery & Shipping

All orders are shipped from Bali, Indonesia. Because each garment is handcrafted to order, your piece will be prepared for shipping within 4–6 weeks of your order being placed. Once shipped, delivery time varies by destination — typically 7–14 business days for international orders.

We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Shipping timelines may be affected by production volume, carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Duties and customs fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the carrier at the point of delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over $500 USD. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are displayed at checkout.

Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer cash refunds. We accept exchanges for store credit on eligible items within 10 days of receipt, subject to our full Exchange Policy.

To be eligible for exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Certain items — including custom orders, made-to-order pieces, sale items, and previously exchanged items — are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at support@myrahpenaloza.com. We will resolve all genuine damage and fulfilment errors promptly and at no cost to you.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for information only. Myrah Penaloza does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party website, its content, products, or services. Visiting any linked site is at your own discretion and risk.
