Today is a Master 22 Day — Here's How to Work With It

I've been talking a lot lately about how I use numbers to navigate my days — not in a rigid, superstitious way, but as a gentle lens for tuning in. And today, I couldn't not write to you about this.

June 15, 2026. Add those digits up: 6 + 1 + 5 + 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 22.

That's a Master Number. And not just any Master Number — 22 is called the Master Builder. It's the most powerful number in the whole numerology system. It carries the visionary dreaming of the 11 and the grounded, practical energy of the 4. It's the number of people who don't just imagine a better world — they build it.

So what does that mean for you today?

You're Being Asked to Think Bigger

22 days are not the days for small thinking. They're the days where the universe is essentially tapping you on the shoulder and saying: go ahead, dream the big dream. The thing you've been quietly holding? The vision that feels slightly too large, too bold, too "who do I think I am" — today is the day to let it breathe.

Spend five minutes this morning just writing it down. Not a to-do list. Not a plan. Just the vision. The feeling of what you're building toward. Let it be messy and expansive and a little scary. That's how you know it's real.

And Then Take One Grounded Step

Here's where 22 gets interesting. It's not purely airy-fairy vision-board energy. The 4 underneath it wants form. Structure. Something real.

So after you dream — do one concrete thing. Send the email. Book the call. Write the first paragraph. Order the ingredient you've been putting off. It doesn't have to be monumental. But on a 22 day, even the smallest action carries unusual weight.

I think of it like this: on an ordinary day, you're planting a seed. On a 22 day, you're planting a seed in soil that's been freshly turned, in full sunlight, at exactly the right time of year. The conditions are just better. Use them.

A Ritual for Today

If you want to honour this energy in a quiet, beautiful way, here's what I'd suggest:

This morning, before the day pulls you in all directions, make yourself a cup of something warm. Light a candle if you have one. And ask yourself one question: What am I actually building?

Not what are you doing today. Not what's on your list. What are you building — with your work, your relationships, your rituals, your choices? Let the answer come slowly. Write it down if that feels right.

Then, as a small act of self-care that mirrors this building energy, tend to yourself. I've been reaching for our Nourishing Hair Oil on mornings like these — working it through my ends, massaging it into my scalp, taking that quiet two minutes to be fully present in my body before I step into the world. It sounds simple. But there's something about caring for your physical self with intention that anchors the big dreaming into something real and embodied. You're not just building a vision — you're building a you who is ready to receive it.

One More Thing

22 days can also bring intensity. The energy is high, and if you're already feeling stretched or overwhelmed, that can amplify. If today feels heavy rather than expansive, that's okay too. You're not doing it wrong. Rest is building. Restoration is part of the foundation.

Be gentle with yourself today. Drink your water. Go outside if you can. Trust that you are, in your own quiet way, building something that matters.

I'm rooting for you.

With love from Bali,
Myrah x

What are you building right now? I'd genuinely love to know — drop it in the comments or send me a message. Your vision deserves to be witnessed.
