IS IT TOO LATE to have the best year EVER? Musings on navigating your postpartum journey in 2018

I woke up this morning thinking: is it too late to have the best year ever?
My January has started intentionally slow. A growing 13-month-old by my side, a Canadian winter that doesn’t apologise for itself, and a quiet, deliberate choice to support my personal health, mental health, and wellbeing before anything else.
Every woman’s postpartum journey is completely different. But slowing down and taking care of yourself is of utmost importance during this time. It is a season to understand your own limits. To understand where you need support and to ask for it without apology.
According to numerology, we are in an 11 year. 2 + 0 + 1 + 8 = 11.
Eleven is the energy of flow. Of the infinite. It holds the space for everything to exist, which means in an 11 year, we can do anything. If we tap into it with intention, creation becomes easy. Graceful. Prosperous. Today, this week, this year: plant all the seeds you want to harvest.
The universe is here for you, especially in an 11 year.
So whether you are going slow like me, or going all in, allow yourself space every day to suspend disbelief. To steep your awareness in whatever would make this year your best ever. Then take on the courage, strength, and follow-through to actually create it.
May divine flow be yours.
May expansion be yours.
May you be victorious.
With love,
Myrah
