The Most Intense Part of the Eclipse Season Is Over (Now the Integration Begins)

Sat Nam Loves, Myrah here.

Are you feeling deeply exhausted? Like, bone-deep, emotionally wrung-out, been through a washing machine level exhausted?

Because if you are, I need you to hear this: the intensity of the eclipse season is almost is behind you.

I'm writing this from the airport, about to board a flight to the ashram in India for a 4-day women's meditation retreat. I'm leaving my family for the first time in many moons, and honestly? I'm nervous. But I also know that this is exactly what integration looks like, stepping away, creating space, allowing what just happened to settle.

Last week, the earth literally shook here in Bali. This week, the world is shaking again with everything happening in the Middle East. Eclipse season has been crashing through our lives on every level—personal, collective, global.

But here's what I need you to know: the most intense part is over. Can we take a big inhale and exhale please!

The cleanup crew is arriving. And by the end of this week, you're going to have a new kind of clarity that you didn't have before.

What's Happening This Week...

Today! The final eclipse of the season in Virgo, which hits home for me as that's my sign! This one asks you to let go of perfectionism. Yike's how difficult is this for Virgos!

Let go of needing all the details right. Mercury is retrograde and struggling, so information is scrambled. You might forget things. You might do things in the wrong order. You might get things wrong. And that's okay.

The eclipse is saying: you can be right, or you can be connected.

Loves, please choose connection.

On Saturday this Mercury Kazimi is the clarity moment we've been waiting for.

The Sun and Mercury meet, and suddenly something clicks. A realization drops in. This is your cleanup crew arriving. The confusion starts to lift.

On Sunday Mercury is trine Jupiter and this brings us good news, expansion, and a deeper level of understanding.

You might have a breakthrough about your past or emotional patterns. This is where the shaking settles into wisdom.

How to get through this eclipse week!

Your nervous system needs support. Rest more. Move gently. Move slowly.

Be kind to your body. Be kind to your humans! Your family, loved ones and the one you look at in the mirror.

Let go of perfectionism. Things will be messy. Details will slip. That's not failure, that's being human.

Stay connected.

Reach out.

Ask for help.

This is not the time to isolate.

If you're confused about something, wait until Saturday. The clarity is coming.

Trust the integration. The shake is done. Now your body, mind, and spirit are processing everything.

Let them, get out of your own natural life's unfolding.

I'm heading into 4 days of silence and meditation, trusting that whatever needs to integrate will integrate. Trusting that the clarity will come. Trusting that the cleanup crew is on its way.

And I'm inviting you to trust that too.

Love,

Myrah

P.S. Eclipse season asked you to release what was no longer aligned. Now it's asking you to integrate what remains. You're not the same person you were 3 weeks ago. The new you is emerging. 🌙
