Postpartum Vitamins
I highly recommend: Ashwagandha, Magnesium, Zinc, Vitamin D3, and Selenium. I also recommend encapsulating your placenta.
Stretch Marks and Skin Care
I have no stretch marks after two full-term pregnancies. My approach: dry brushing, followed by applying castor oil. I also make my own collagen using sea moss.
