Long hair don't care, inside Myrah's secret to long luscious hair
I’ve personally been using a crystal comb since I was pregnant. It has become one of my favourite self-care rituals for my scalp, my nervous system, and my hair.

The Crown Chakra is where we receive intuitive guidance and our connection to higher self and higher power. A crystal comb is an invitation to make this an intentional practice and spiritual exercise, not just a hair care routine.

Four ways to deepen the ritual
Activate with oils. The world of plant essences and essential oils is richly supportive. Apply your essential oils to your comb or body before you begin.
Make it a meditation. Listen to mantra, chant, or tone along with your crystal comb ritual. It helps you stay present and amplifies the experience.
Write it out. Journaling is a deeply beneficial companion practice. Even five minutes of free-form writing before you start your hair treatment will help clear mental residue, the angers, judgements, and frustrations that build up during the week. Keep an intuition log to capture the insights that arrive during the ritual.
Wash it away. Water has long been recognised as a spiritual conduit. Set a simple intention while in the shower. Use essential oils like tea tree or peppermint to open the crown chakra before your crystal ritual afterward.
All of these things have genuinely helped me maintain my hair and my sanity postpartum. They are simple. They take almost no time. And the quality of attention they bring to an ordinary morning is remarkable.
With love,
Myrah
