The Oracle Gown is a long, sleeveless linen gown in Moon Milk, cut from 100% stone washed linen and hand stitched in Bali. It is the second release from the Oracle Collection, and it is the Oracle Playsuit given room to move.
An oracle does not speak first. She listens, and the room goes quiet around her. The playsuit holds that stillness close to the body. The gown lets it travel.
The neckline is the same refinement, high and clean, drawn from Japanese tailoring where restraint is the ornament and the space left empty does as much work as the line itself. It is sleeveless, so the shoulder is left to do its own work. The ruffles return, soft and unhurried, the one place the garment allows itself a sigh.
At the front a bow ties at the side, which is the single decision the gown asks of you each morning, how close it sits and how long you want it to stay that way. Below that the cloth falls, long and without hurry, moving about half a second after you do. There are side pockets, deep enough to be useful, because your hands have to live somewhere. It is the difference between walking into a room and arriving in one.
Moon Milk is the color of milk left out under a full moon. Not white. Warmer than white, lit faintly from inside, the shade that makes skin look like it has been somewhere warm.
It is hand stitched by the artisan families who have made for this house since the beginning, each of them paid a real living wage, never a factory garment. The linen is certified OEKO-TEX Standard 100, tested for harmful substances from fiber through finished garment, and European Flax certified, sourced from sustainably grown flax in Western Europe. It is stone washed before it reaches you, so it is already soft in your hands, and it softens again every time you wash it.
There is something about wearing this white that reminds you of your own highest potential. Put it on and see whether you stand differently.
There is now a matching layer. The Oracle Jacket is cut from the same Moon Milk linen to the same neckline, waist length, long sleeve, button front. Worn over the gown it turns one long white line into two clean planes, and it is the light layer over the shoulders that a formal ceremony asks for. Choose "Gown + Jacket" above and the pair arrives together at a set price, or buy the jacket on its own.

The honest note
Linen creases. That is the fiber telling the truth about itself, and a night on a hanger settles most of it. Made in small batches, so when a size is gone it may be gone for a season.
Your Oracle Gown ships within two to three weeks of your order. That is the time it takes for the piece to be finished, checked and wrapped by hand in Bali. It is the pace of the making, not a delay.
Common questions
How does it compare to the Oracle Playsuit?
Same neckline, same ruffle detailing, same Moon Milk linen, same hands, and both have the side tie and the pockets. The playsuit gives you a wide leg and a defined waist. The gown gives you length and drift. Women who want the Oracle line for evening and for heat tend to choose the gown.
Can I add the jacket?
Yes. Choose "Gown + Jacket" in the Style option above and the set ships together at a price that comes in under the two pieces bought separately. The Oracle Jacket is also sold on its own. Both pieces come in the same S/M and M/L, so choose the size you take in the gown.
Can I wear it to a wedding?
Yes. The refined neckline and the length read as polished rather than casual. It is one of the few white linen gowns a guest can wear without competing with anyone. Add the Oracle Jacket over the shoulders if the ceremony is a formal one.
Is the linen certified?
Yes. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, tested for harmful substances from fiber through finished garment, and European Flax certified, sourced from sustainably grown flax in Western Europe.
How do I care for it?
Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, hang to dry out of direct sun. Stone washed linen does not need pressing unless you want it. Every wash makes it softer.
