There is a moment in every tea ceremony when the cup has cooled just enough to hold. This fabric feels like that moment.

The Suka silhouette, our most-loved matching set, a complete outfit in thirty seconds, now in its summer body: cotton muslin, washed until it is baby-soft, so light that by mid-afternoon you will check you are still wearing it. Where our linen Suka holds you, the muslin barely touches you. Each set is cut and sewn by hand in the homes and small workshops of our Balinese artisan families, never factories, by makers paid a real living wage. The three colorways are named for the ceremony they make together: London Fog, a pale silver-grey like morning mist settling over water; Sencha, a soft steeped green; and Clay, the warm brown of an unglazed teapot that has poured a thousand cups. 100% cotton muslin, breathable and quick-drying. Relaxed Suka fit with elastic-waist short. Sizes S/M and M/L. Model is 5'6" wearing the S/M. Machine cold, dry in shade. Muslin grows softer with every wash. Made in a single small batch.

An honest note: muslin is an open, airy weave. It will crinkle softly as you wear it. That is not a flaw. It is the fabric breathing. And because this is a small batch, when a colorway sells through, it may not return.

Everything we make is handmade in Bali by our artisan families, in small batches and to order. 

Whether your piece is waiting in the studio or cut for you after you order, it is finished, checked and packed by hand, so allow 3 to 6 weeks before dispatch, with botanically dyed pieces toward the longer end. 

Once your order leaves Bali, transit is 5 to 15 business days, and tracking reaches your inbox within 5 days of dispatch.

Shipping is free worldwide on orders of $350 USD and over. 

Below that, one flat rate by region: $14.99 to the United States. $15 to Canada, Mexico and Asia. $18 to Australia and New Zealand. $25 to the UK and Europe. $32 everywhere else. Free within Indonesia.

Duties and taxes are collected on arrival. Since August 2025, most US orders carry a DHL duty charge, and VAT or GST applies in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

If a piece arrives and the fit is not right, or it arrives damaged, you have 10 days from delivery to exchange it. We issue store credit rather than cash refunds, and the piece needs to come back unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. Return shipping is yours unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Pieces customised for you (made to your measurements, in a custom colour or altered to your request) are final sale, because they were cut for you and cannot belong to anyone else. Sale items, anything bought with a discount code of 25% or more, and anything bought with store credit are also final sale. Made-to-order pieces in our standard sizes and colourways can be exchanged.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
