The Venus Rose Gown is made from pure silk, botanically hand-dyed in Bali using roses and native flowers. No two pieces emerge from the dye bath the same. The color that lands on your gown is the color that was always meant for you. This is not a selling point. It is simply true.

Silk moves differently than other fabrics. It does not fall — it flows, slowly, with a weight that feels like being held. Draped open at the front with a low V neckline, the silhouette is generous and feminine without demanding anything. Side pockets. A length that reaches the floor. A fabric that changes in the light the way water does, the way a woman does, depending on the hour.

The Making
Handcrafted in Bali by the artisan families who have built this brand alongside Myrah since the beginning. Botanically hand-dyed with roses and native Balinese flowers — a process done entirely by hand, in small batches, using no synthetic pigments. Your piece is made after you place your order. Allow 3 to 6 weeks from order to shipment, then 5 to 15 business days with DHL.

The Fabric
100% Silk, botanically hand-dyed. Because the dye is living, your piece will arrive in its own color story — warm in some places, deep in others, with the variation that is the unmistakable signature of something made by hand in a real place, by real people, with intention.

Botanical dye means every piece is singular. The gown you receive will be different from the one in the photograph — not as a caveat, but as the point. You are not buying a copy. You are receiving an original.

Everything we make is handmade in Bali by our artisan families, in small batches and to order. 

Whether your piece is waiting in the studio or cut for you after you order, it is finished, checked and packed by hand, so allow 3 to 6 weeks before dispatch, with botanically dyed pieces toward the longer end. 

Once your order leaves Bali, transit is 5 to 15 business days, and tracking reaches your inbox within 5 days of dispatch.

Shipping is free worldwide on orders of $350 USD and over. 

Below that, one flat rate by region: $14.99 to the United States. $15 to Canada, Mexico and Asia. $18 to Australia and New Zealand. $25 to the UK and Europe. $32 everywhere else. Free within Indonesia.

Duties and taxes are collected on arrival. Since August 2025, most US orders carry a DHL duty charge, and VAT or GST applies in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

If a piece arrives and the fit is not right, or it arrives damaged, you have 10 days from delivery to exchange it. We issue store credit rather than cash refunds, and the piece needs to come back unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. Return shipping is yours unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Pieces customised for you (made to your measurements, in a custom colour or altered to your request) are final sale, because they were cut for you and cannot belong to anyone else. Sale items, anything bought with a discount code of 25% or more, and anything bought with store credit are also final sale. Made-to-order pieces in our standard sizes and colourways can be exchanged.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
