Slow, ethical and sustainable production
For every order you make, we give back to Bali
There is a specific quality that warm gold has at dusk. Not yellow, not orange. Something that exists for about twelve minutes, when everything it touches looks like it was always meant to be seen exactly this way.
The Golden Sunset Linen Suka Set is the Suka silhouette — our most-loved matching linen set — in a hand-dyed botanical colorway that moves through liquid turmeric, warm amber, and old gold. Made by hand in Bali from 100% French linen, in small batches. The dye is applied by hand and never repeats exactly between batches. Your set will carry its own version of golden hour.
100% French linen. Matching button-down top and wide-leg shorts. Available as Top + Short Set or Top Only. Machine cold, hang dry. Allow 3 to 6 weeks from order to shipment, then 5 to 15 business days with DHL. Runs relaxed — see sizing guide.
For the woman who has decided that gold is not too much. That warmth is not too much. That being exactly, fully herself is not too much.
Because this is a botanical dye, the set you receive will vary from the photograph. Colours will deepen and shift with each wash — not fading but evolving.

Shipping
Everything we make is handmade in Bali by our artisan families, in small batches and to order.
Whether your piece is waiting in the studio or cut for you after you order, it is finished, checked and packed by hand, so allow 3 to 6 weeks before dispatch, with botanically dyed pieces toward the longer end.
Once your order leaves Bali, transit is 5 to 15 business days, and tracking reaches your inbox within 5 days of dispatch.
Shipping is free worldwide on orders of $350 USD and over.
Below that, one flat rate by region: $14.99 to the United States. $15 to Canada, Mexico and Asia. $18 to Australia and New Zealand. $25 to the UK and Europe. $32 everywhere else. Free within Indonesia.
Duties and taxes are collected on arrival. Since August 2025, most US orders carry a DHL duty charge, and VAT or GST applies in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
Exchanges and Cancellations
If a piece arrives and the fit is not right, or it arrives damaged, you have 10 days from delivery to exchange it. We issue store credit rather than cash refunds, and the piece needs to come back unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. Return shipping is yours unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.
Pieces customised for you (made to your measurements, in a custom colour or altered to your request) are final sale, because they were cut for you and cannot belong to anyone else. Sale items, anything bought with a discount code of 25% or more, and anything bought with store credit are also final sale. Made-to-order pieces in our standard sizes and colourways can be exchanged.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
Not sure of your size? Write to us before you order at support@myrahpenaloza.com. Five minutes now saves a piece travelling back to Bali or to our returns warehouse in the US.
