Description

Some pieces are made to be worn. Some are made to be felt.

The Garden Frock is the most versatile layering piece in the collection — sheer silk organza, open on both sides, long-sleeved. Slip it over your favourite pieces as a delicate top layer, or wear it underneath as a sheer skirt. The Matcha colorway: a green so quiet it almost reads as neutral, earthed without being heavy, alive without announcing itself.

Made for resort days, retreats, and ceremony. Doubles as a bridal or bridal party piece — contact us for custom orders. Layer over the Everyday Linen Slip for a complete look, or over the Lucid Dreamer Silk Set for something more intimate and intentional.

Fabric: Silk Organza
Colorway: Matcha
Fit: One size · Open sides · Long sleeves · Sheer
Care: Hand wash cold. Hang dry. Do not steam, iron, or tumble dry.

Handcrafted in Bali in small batches by artisan families. Available for custom bridal orders.

Shipping

Everything we make is handmade in Bali by our artisan families, in small batches and to order.

Whether your piece is waiting in the studio or cut for you after you order, it is finished, checked and packed by hand, so allow 3 to 6 weeks before dispatch, with botanically dyed pieces toward the longer end.

Once your order leaves Bali, transit is 5 to 15 business days, and tracking reaches your inbox within 5 days of dispatch.

Shipping is free worldwide on orders of $350 USD and over.

Below that, one flat rate by region: $14.99 to the United States. $15 to Canada, Mexico and Asia. $18 to Australia and New Zealand. $25 to the UK and Europe. $32 everywhere else. Free within Indonesia.

Duties and taxes are collected on arrival. Since August 2025, most US orders carry a DHL duty charge, and VAT or GST applies in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Exchanges and Cancellations

If a piece arrives and the fit is not right, or it arrives damaged, you have 10 days from delivery to exchange it. We issue store credit rather than cash refunds, and the piece needs to come back unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. Return shipping is yours unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Pieces customised for you (made to your measurements, in a custom colour or altered to your request) are final sale, because they were cut for you and cannot belong to anyone else. Sale items, anything bought with a discount code of 25% or more, and anything bought with store credit are also final sale. Made-to-order pieces in our standard sizes and colourways can be exchanged.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

Not sure of your size? Write to us before you order at support@myrahpenaloza.com. Five minutes now saves a piece travelling back to Bali or to our returns warehouse in the US.
