The way of tea that Myrah served was such an eye opener.
I'm in love with all the moves, the setup, the silence, the taste and the whole ritual.
After joining her tea ceremony, I decided to join her tea course.
So much gratitude for Myrah and her way of sharing the way of tea.
I have finally found a way to open my heart, to hear, to trust, to feel, to taste, to believe and to always remember where I came from and where I belong to.
The way of tea also gives me new possibilities and opportunities for me to share the practice, and enter into a holy space with other people. It has also opened my heart to listen and feel other stories/feelings as well.
I feel more connected to myself, my God, my ancestors and things around me.
The way of tea course gives me such a safe space.
I give all my thanks to Myrah for guiding me on this journey🍃
Your forever student,
Kiki
“Over the course of our time together, Myrah shared so much potent wisdom and knowledge of Cha Dao. Myrah’s deep relationship with tea and with this practice provided a powerful transmission. The relationship she has cultivated with tea can be felt.
I received much more then I had anticipated. It was impactful to sit in ceremony with Myrah each day of the course, followed by a lecture on a specific topic. It allowed us to not only receive the knowledge and information, but also to have an actual embodied experience with tea herself.
Our journey to the tea plantation (where we were able to learn about the growing and processing of tea) was beyond magical. I am forever grateful to Myrah for introducing me to tea as a spiritual path, and for re-introducing me to a part of myself that I was longing to sit with. Thank you for opening the door to this ever-growing love affair. 🍵🍃”

" I always had a hard time finding my rhythm in meditation, and a practice that really helps my mind and soul. However the way of Tea has drastically changed my perspective on meditation and also in LIFE.
In the silence with tea, I truly find myself listening to my heart. And I would have never made space or found the time to do so if it wasn't for the practice of tea. And this beautiful practice has now flown into my day to day life. Like a river flowing, carving its way in my life, shaping me for who I'm becoming.
I have sat in tea ceremony many times with Myrah but when I actually took the courseto learn and dive deep into the 'way' of it all, I found that I was being taught the unteachable. The knowledge of Zen, the 'listening' to spirit, a profound philosophical experience, heartfelt and intimate.
I would 100% recommend this to anyone and especially to people who are trying to cultivate a practice for themselves. The method of it all is graceful and divine, so much wisdom in learning the history, it reminds us of the lost indigenous soul that we all have inside of us.
The method of tea has now become my life. Thank you Myrah, thank you mother tea. "

To put down in words what tea means to me and how Myrah’s tea course has impacted me, feels counter intuitive because the practice is all about being vs doing…. But I will try my best!
To say that leaves and a bowl of hot water has changed my life would be an understatement. Until Myrah’s course I was not fully aware of the subtleties of a tea ceremony. It truly is a moving meditation. Every movement (and every moment of stillness) has a ripple effect. It has impact. Which can be translated to daily life. Tea ceremony is a micro representation of the macro.
My biggest take away from Myrah’s tea course would be the teaching of “ultimate forgiveness but zero tolerance”. This teaching has allowed me to reframe and acknowledge certain situations in my daily life and transform them - transform my reaction to them. It has become my mantra.
Tea has deepened my already strong connection to Mother Earth. Visiting the teaplantation with my tea sisters was a highlight of our week long exploration. Seeing how tea is grown, harvested, and processed with such reverence shined a light on how all of nature deserves to be treated. Seeing the Divine Farmer singing mantra to his tea plants. Picking the tea leaves gently Massaging the leaves with adoration. Adding prayer and blessings into the leaves as they were heated. All of these steps could be tasted in the tea. It was miraculous and beautiful to witness.
Tea is the feminine. Tea is the mother She is there to hold, nurture, and support. During the tea course Myrah illuminated the ability to deeply listen to tea that exists within all of us - listen with the entire body (or ten ;) - and for that I am forever grateful.

Myrah's training has been a before and after in my life.
With delicacy, sensitivity and beauty, she has led us into a fascinating universe, accompanying us on an immersion in the path of tea.
The wisdom that she has shown to make us travel from earth to heaven, connecting with the Camellia Sinensis plant, from history, legends, rites, the connection with Zen philosophy, practice. The relationship that tea has with nature and the five elements.
She has taught us to see how the plant continuously connects us with our true essence.
Myrah has managed to masterfully convey to us the true meaning of Tea, with the sensitivity and exquisite taste that characterizes her, without forgetting the depth and cosmological wisdom of this ancestral practice.
She has made us travel, taught us devout reverence for the ordinary, like the daily act of drinking tea, and taught us to love it as life's greatest celebration.
Meeting her on my way has been walking through a transformation through her teachings. She has brought me closer to the wisdom that resides in the tea leaves. She has taught us the transformative path of the leaves and the elemental wisdom of tea.
I feel truly blessed to have had the opportunity to take this training with Myrah, in which she has shown us how to cultivate our own practice, honoring and remembering the most ancient teachings.
She has connected us to Cha Dao (the way of tea) as a way of life that goes beyond the practice itself, establishing a daily practice, creating a sisterhood, with all the women with whom I had the privilege of sharing this experience. training.
