We have spoken directly with the building owner, Pak De. He is open to extending the lease for an additional five years at an estimated IDR 800M–900M per year, subject to negotiation — either now or at the end of the current term. The extension payment is structured to give the incoming tenant breathing room: payable within two years of the current lease expiring, not upfront.
