Clear Your Mind for Abundance: A Neville Goddard Inspired Meditation
This short meditation is designed to help you clear out old programming and make space for new abundance and prosperity. Best done before bed.
To really invite new ways of thinking around abundance, we first need to clear out the old. Think of it like clearing a cluttered room before you can bring in new furniture.
The Power of the “Hud” Mantra and Mudra
Place your left hand over your heart and extend your right hand in a Gion mudra — Jupiter finger and thumb touching. Use the special mantra “Hud.” Touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth as you chant. This stimulates the hypothalamus gland, allowing subconscious clearing to begin.
Setting Up for the Meditation
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes and focus them gently on the tip of your nose. Chant the mantra: “Hud, Hud, Heart, Heart, Gobinday, Hud, Hud, Hud, Mukanday.”
Integrating the Practice
After chanting, hold the breath, lock your mudra, and press your right hand into your heart. To take this further: play the mantra while you sleep. Find “Four Huds” by Hari from the album “Hanzu Jot” on Spotify and play it on repeat overnight.
