Moon Ceremonies

gather by the moon

Twice a month we sit together. The full moon to release, the new moon to begin again. Held live by Myrah, from Bali to wherever you are.

A taste from a past ceremony

Twice each moon

The moon has kept this rhythm far longer than any of us. She fills, and she empties, and she asks only that we notice. These ceremonies are a way back. An hour, twice a month, where the only thing asked of you is to arrive and receive. No experience needed. A candle, a quiet corner, and the willingness to sit down when the moon does.

Two thresholds, every cycle

The Ceremonies

The Full Moon

For Release

The full moon holds a light up to everything you have been carrying. Together we breathe and move it, and set it down on purpose. You leave lighter, and clear about what you are keeping.

The New Moon

For Intention

The new moon is the dark, fertile beginning. This is where we plant, an intention set from a regulated body rather than a frantic one. You leave with a seed, and the calm to let it grow.

About Myrah

Madre. Wife. Mystic.

Madre. Wife. Mystic. I am a Mexican-American Kundalini teacher and mother, splitting time between Bali and the United States. The Lunar Cycle Kundalini practice I teach on Livekick is the meeting point of everything I love: Mantra, Pranayam, Kriya, meditation, and the moon as a teacher.

The lineage I work in is rooted in Hindu and Sikh devotion. I open my work with ੴ (ik onkar) and honor Devi, Kuan Yin, Lakshmi, and the deeper field of Shakti meeting Shiva. The tools I teach come from this lineage with the respect it asks for, used as tools, not as decoration.

My broader practice spans Myrah Peñaloza Collection, a sacred linen clothing line designed in Bali, my bookclub, and ceremonial work. I named our home in Bali hOMe. What I bring to the mat each lunar phase is calibrated to the sign, the season, and the body you are actually living in.

This year, I stopped following the map. I followed the hum instead.
