Mercury Retrograde has arrived on a mythical journey with Sagittarius

I wanted to share the good news about Mercury going retrograde this week in Sagittarius for about a month until the Winter Solstice.
Mercury in Sagittarius stirs up themes of inner wisdom, spiritual expansion, and joy.
I've been thinking about whether anxiety has become a human condition, meaning it is something that everyone experiences nowadays; it's not just you or me; it's everyone!
This is the result of the immense amount of information that we are consuming, considering, and allowing into our field.
This is where Mercury Retrograde is helpful; it gives us space to slow down and go inward.
Mercury is about communication, curiosity, data points, and how we think, speak, and body language.
Mercury keeps technology going smoothly; in retrograde, it does the opposite. Today, the internet cables in Bali went down, so we had no access to Wi-Fi.
This gave us the space to let go of technology and truly be present in our lives.
Expect this month to be a time to really process information in a big, visionary way.
Big ideas and big beliefs are shifting, and we are really starting to connect to the fact that there is a divine energy guiding our lives, if we allow it the space to do its work.
Mercury Retrograde puts us in a humble space; so much is out of our control.
This is exactly when we can make monumental shifts in our lives by allowing the divine to direct our ways.
This afternoon, instead of my kids asking for their iPads, we all ended up doing creative projects all over the home, the sun was shining in and we really had a beautiful moment together... all because the wifi was down!
That is the beauty of the retrograde! We get to tap into inspiration instead of constantly being inundated with data, news and things coming up.
As we inch closer to the holiday season, this retrograde is perfectly timed. It encourages us to not work so hard and focus on being in our bodies, being present, and being with our families.
The next few weeks will be a time to process and integrate all that has happened this year. We have an opportunity to understand on a deeper level how our energy and thoughts may have been running wild, we need to slow them down.
Mercury is in Sagittarius, and Sag loves to take us on mythical journeys, so this is a good time to think bigger picture and allow the inspiration to flow.
