Embracing Your Worth: Cultivating Vitality of Self-Love in Turbulent Times

Satnam loves, the message I have been feeling the last few days and weeks is that the world deserves better and with that truly we all deserve better.
 
I never imagined that eclipse season could be this intense but with what's happening in the middle east right now and I'm sure in your own lives right now, Libra + Eclipse season is pushing us towards facing the truth and bringing balance in our lives.
 
We are being called to live with complete authenticity.
 
Our ego/mind is being challenged to a point where we have no choice but to begin leading and living our lives from our hearts again.
 
Social media and technology has changed the way we interact and the way we think and it feels like the stars and nature are calling us back home right now.
 
A call back to living and sharing who we truly are and altering our lives in a way that is more real than ever before. We are being called to let go of the external cues for satisfaction and joy and learn to tap within ourselves to bring forth a more real version of ourselves.
 
Can I get a big inhale and exhale?
 
In the midst of life's personal and global challenges, it's easy to forget the one person who deserves our utmost love and care: ourselves.
 
We can't "save the world" if we don't have the tools and approaches to fill our own cups.
 
When faced with adversity, it becomes crucial to prioritize self-love and self-care.
 
1. Understanding Self-Love:
 
Self-love is the foundation of our well-being and overall happiness. It involves acknowledging our inherent worth, embracing our strengths and weaknesses, and treating ourselves with compassion, kindness, and respect. It is a lifelong journey that requires intentionality and mindfulness. 
 
Are you taking care of your kitchen, the heart of your home?
 
When was the last time you went to the dentist for a regular cleaning? How about your partner? Your child?
 
How much priority are you putting on sleep? And have you designed your bedroom for optimal sleep?
 
2. Nurturing Your Inner Dialogue:
 
One of the fundamental aspects of self-love is in how we speak to ourselves. Negative self-talk can be detrimental to our mental and emotional well-being. By cultivating a positive and compassionate inner dialogue, we can uplift ourselves and develop resilience in the face of challenges. Affirmations, gratitude practices, and reframing negative thoughts are powerful tools in nurturing self-love.
 
This is a conversation with you and your heart.
 
Manifestation codes that I am using now to put my mind to ease and allow my heart to speak up.

3. Prioritizing Self-Care:
 
Self-care is not a luxury; it is a necessity, especially during turbulent times. Engaging in activities that nourish our mind, body, and soul allows us to recharge and replenish our energy. This can include practices such as exercise, meditation, journaling, spending time in nature, pursuing hobbies, or seeking support from loved ones. Remember, self-care is an act of self-love, enabling us to show up fully in our lives.
 
Are you taking care of your body?
Are you drinking enough water to flush through the changes?
Are you spending time in nature daily?
Are you moving daily?
Are you taking your fundamental supplements like: Magnesium, Selenium, Zinc.
 
4. Setting Boundaries:
 
In turbulent times, it's crucial to set healthy boundaries to protect our well-being. This means learning to say no when necessary, recognizing our limitations, and creating space for self-reflection and self-care. Setting boundaries helps us maintain a healthy sense of self-worth and prevent burnout, fostering a stronger foundation for self-love.
 
For me this means right now to put a limit on my time on social media and get out into the real world. To see the world that is right in front of me, and this quite often means looking at and being with my children more.
 
5. Embracing Mistakes and Growth:
 
No one is perfect, and it's important to embrace this reality. Instead of dwelling on mistakes or perceived failures, we can adopt a growth mindset and view challenges as opportunities for learning and personal growth. Self-love involves accepting ourselves fully, flaws and all, and recognizing that mistakes are an inevitable part of the human experience.
 
What no one teaches us in school or in life is that yes we are here to make a mess!
 
How else are we supposed to learn? 
 
We are here to experiment, we are here to expand, we are here to learn through being in the world and trying things. Yes, it's ok to fail, though you won't see it much on social media, trust me we are all out here trying to figure out how to do this thing called life one day, one step at a time.
 
Give yourself a pat on the back. It is quite often my mistakes that lead to levels that simply wouldn't be possible without learning it the "hard way". That being said, you can learn and follow the lead of those on a path similar to you. If you want to find a mentor or coach, make sure they have the results or experiences that you are looking for.
 
6. Surrounding Yourself with Positive Influences
 
The company we keep significantly impacts our self-perception and overall well-being. Surrounding ourselves with positive, supportive, and uplifting individuals can reinforce self-love. 
 
Seek out relationships that encourage personal growth, offer constructive feedback, and celebrate your successes. Additionally, limit exposure to toxic or negative influences that can undermine your self-worth.
 
The gift of technology these days is that we have access to incredible positive influences on IG, Youtube and online courses are truly abundant right now. We can surround ourselves with amazing influences over podcasts and so much more.
 
The down side of technology with social media is we also get the complete opposite as the algorithm's favour a more superficial wave of information and content.
 
In the face of adversity, cultivating self-love becomes paramount.
 
Love, next weekend we have another eclipse and this time it's a full moon. It is going to be an intense time all around but it's not something to be afraid of. Remember that resistance builds resilience.
 
Whatever you are going through right now will pass, you will get through it and you will be smarter and stronger and wiser at the end of the next weekend.
 
By prioritizing self-care, nurturing positive self-talk, setting boundaries, embracing mistakes and growth, and surrounding ourselves with positive influences, we can cultivate a strong foundation of self-love.
 
Embracing your worth, even during turbulent times, transforms your life, empowering you to navigate difficulties with resilience, grace, and unwavering self-compassion.
 
You got this. We got this. Self love, you know, that letting go of ego and facing the truth's of our heart is a lifetime of exploration.
 
You deserve better. Fill your cup in the most majestic and royal way. See the blessings in your life.
