Will the Virgo Moon fit me?

Almost certainly. Kaftans are the most forgiving pieces I make, and women from US 2 to 22 and beyond wear this one. It is cut to drape rather than fit, so the only thing to check is length. It runs long: under 5 foot 4 it falls to the floor, and from 5 foot 9 it lands around the ankle.

What is bamboo rayon like to wear?

Softer and more fluid than linen, with a heavier drape that moves when you move. It is cool against the skin in heat, and it does not crease the way linen does, which makes it the easiest piece to pack.

How long will it take to arrive?

It leaves Bali 3 to 6 weeks after you order, then travels 5 to 15 business days with DHL, tracked. We write to you while it is being made, and you get tracking the day it ships.

How do I care for it?

Wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. A short steam brings the drape straight back.

Can I exchange it if it is not right?

Yes, as an exchange. You have 10 days from delivery to send it back unworn, unwashed and with its tags, and we issue store credit toward the piece that is right. We do not offer cash refunds. Everything we make is handmade in Bali by our artisan families, in small batches and to order.

Whether your piece is waiting in the studio or cut for you after you order, it is finished, checked and packed by hand, so allow 3 to 6 weeks before dispatch, with botanically dyed pieces toward the longer end.

Once your order leaves Bali, transit is 5 to 15 business days, and tracking reaches your inbox within 5 days of dispatch.

Shipping is free worldwide on orders of $350 USD and over.

Below that, one flat rate by region: $14.99 to the United States. $15 to Canada, Mexico and Asia. $18 to Australia and New Zealand. $25 to the UK and Europe. $32 everywhere else. Free within Indonesia.

Duties and taxes are collected on arrival. Since August 2025, most US orders carry a DHL duty charge, and VAT or GST applies in the UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Exchanges and Cancellations

If a piece arrives and the fit is not right, or it arrives damaged, you have 10 days from delivery to exchange it. We issue store credit rather than cash refunds, and the piece needs to come back unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached. Return shipping is yours unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Pieces customised for you (made to your measurements, in a custom colour or altered to your request) are final sale, because they were cut for you and cannot belong to anyone else. Sale items, anything bought with a discount code of 25% or more, and anything bought with store credit are also final sale. Made-to-order pieces in our standard sizes and colourways can be exchanged.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
