Sleepless Full Moon?  On nights where the full moon or your little ones keep you up all night long, it’s tempting to write off the following day. But if you are on this email list, something tells me you probably want more out of life. Here's 5 things I do to stay grounded and well slept on these full moons. 

1. Wash your face and put on a Frida Gown! One powerful way to pick yourself up is to get dressed up and ready like you are going out for a big date night. On these days I just love to put on my Frida Gown which immediately makes me feel productive and powerful. 

You will find that once you have your favorite clothing on you will have the energy to make this day an impactful one. 

2. Affirmative Mantra's.

Even if you choose to take the day off keeping your mind focused on affirmative mantra's such as... I INTEND TO FEEL GOOD. 

I INTEND ON HEALING. 

I ATTRACT SUCCESS AND ABUNDANCE INTO MY LIFE BECAUSE I AM ABUNDANCE. 

These affirmations will keep your energy vibing in the right direction until you eventually catch up on sleep. Our aim is always to be in harmony with nature and ourselves.

Don't let that inner voice take on a pity party, its ok, its only one night and even if its been 2 nights, you got this sister!!


3. Stay Rooted with the Mantra for Prosperity - Bahuta Karam.  On these powerful Full Moon days, I play the "Millionaires Mantra" the 25th Pauri of Japji which is a wonderful mantra to clear the subconscious and set you up for success.

Play this song all day and very quietly in your room tonight! See what happens for yourself!

4. Do something creative. Especially if you don't feel like it. As delirious as you may feel from not sleeping, this just might be the perfect vibe for your mind to slow down and your creative heart to take over. I find that it’s on these days where I have major creative break throughs! Sit down over some tea and write, the mind doesn't have its usual controls on you today so use this space to dream out loud!

5. Magnesium works wonders.  This common mineral not only helps you fall asleep in the first place, but it helps you enjoy deeper, more restful sleep as well. I've been using it for the past month and my sleep has been incredibly deep. A brand that I love that you can also get on Amazon is Thorne.
