Here is my playbook for the next 6 month post eclipse season...

Congratulations love, we have made it through the eclipse portal... What now?

One of the first things to know is that the impact of the Eclipses lasts for the next 6 months... the path has been laid forward for us during this time... The lessons, the things you now know you need to let go of and the inspirations that are coming through now have an integration period.
Now that the eclipses have passed it's time to slow down in October first to allow your mind and body to rest and rejuvenate after that portal.  This will give you time to settle into the new energies and inspirations that you get to put into motion.

Once you get some rest over this weekend, it's time to activate and challenge yourself.
During the Eclipse season, we tap into the subtle energies of life.  They give us a moment to be in communion with all of life.

We are very used to and in many ways addicted to dealing with the dense things in life, allow the next few weeks to be a time when you shift your attention to the subtle.

I want you to feel deeper into your life purpose and what brings you joy.
Allow the Eclipse season to be a time that arouses you into blissful, joy, intuition and wisdom.

Now that the eclipses have passed allow yourself time to take some daytime naps.
Allow yourself the space to be in nature, daily!

Lastly, now that the eclipses are behind us and supporting us pick up your diary and make notes about all the themes, obstacles, dreams and ideas that have come up.

What is the story trying to tell?
What are your dreams whispering to you?
What do you feel intuitively aligned with now?

Take it slow. I made the mistake of rushing some things "out" of my life because it was eclipse season only to realize that I made a wrong turn. I'm learning to slow down and weave back into a natural unfoldment of my life versus forcing things forward.
For me, the eclipse season has awakened a deeper level of purpose in my life. I am yearning to make an even more positive impact in the world around me with all I have. I find that I can attune to these things better when I have a regular Kundalini Yoga practice.
The practice puts me in this blissful, joyful, wise, and intuitive state. Most emails I write to you come in the hours after my practices.
Very soon, I am sharing what we are calling "The Portal To Bloom", it will be an interactive community experience where @Robindra and I will be sharing all of the practices we do every month to challenge ourselves to new heights. We want you to join in!
As we all process the dense difficult emotions of what's happening in the world right now, we need to also nurture the feeling of magic, awe, inspiration, and creativity. I am beyond thrilled to finally share our lifelong body of practises and work which includes Kundalini Yoga, Ontology, Tea Ceremony, Earth Wisdom, Astrology, and Creative Entrepreneurship. Coming very soon!
Till then, enjoy these New Arrivals!
Myrah
