We are officially in the Winter Solstice portal right now.

The Solstice ia a time to amplify the positive aspects of our lives.

This time will help us ride this nourishing and uplifting energy available to us right before the holiday season.

Your future experiences begin in your mind first.

The solstice is the perfect time for creative visualization.

We become what we think about every day.

Most of what we think about is automatic and during this Solstice time it is time to activate your imagination.

Let's create a beautiful future shall we?

Imagine it first!
Be mindful of all of your limiting thoughts.
Stand in your power.
Success has been and always is your birthright.
Let's shift our perception of success from optional to non negotiable.
Every great leader, role model and mother has used creative visualization in some way to help them
align with what they are drawing into their lives.
The holiday season arrives with a flurry of action that can feel like stress.
Many people feel anxiety and worry during this time and no doubt the busyness,
the reunions with family and year end deadlines all come into play in how we feel.
If you are feeling the pressure remember you can choose to see it as stressful or something beautiful.

Try a quick 3 minute cat cow with deep breathing and then a savasana to rebalance. It works every time for me.
The holiday season is a beautiful time and the Solstice energy is here to remind you to remember
to fully LIVE!
Allow the feeling of hustle, bustle and hassle to diminish.

Use the Solstice energy to relax into your power, your grace and your feeling of sovereignty.
Creative visualization during this time is so worth sitting in silence for right now.
Take time to picture how you want to feel during the holiday season and into 2024.
What are you excited about?
What do you want more of?

Use the Winter Solstice energy to carry you into your holiday season on a high note.
This is a reminder that even if you are feeling stress or anxiety, love your life no matter what is happening around you!

Here is an affirmation you can use. Try to repeat it at least 11 times. Speak it out loud first.
Then whisper it, then repeat it silently in your mind.

I AM light.

I AM bright.

I AM beautiful.

I AM kind.

Wahe Guru.
