The December Winter Solstice is arriving on the 21st and comes with potentially the most important energy shifts of the entire year.
The solstice creates a powerful spiritual portal for setting intentions and manifesting for the New Year, profoundly seeding the next six months ahead.
For me, I take the entire weekend to write, meditate, and align with nature by going for long walks by the ocean. Like an eclipse, the solstice welcomes us into a new 6-month cycle of healing and manifestation.
We have to activate this energy consciously, or it will simply be another day for us.
